Apple has announced that a few new markets will be able to get their proverbial hands on the iPhone 4S very shortly. The 4S is poised to hit 15 new countries by November 11, including major Asian markets like South Korea and Hong Kong.

Outside of Asia, the 4S is slated to hit Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, and Romania.

A very sincere sorry goes out to all you folks in Albania, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro and Panama — unlike the other countries on the list, you won’t be able to lock in your iPhone 4S pre-order come November 4, so you’re pretty much stuck slugging it out for one at your favorite local iRetailer.

Apple just recently released the iPhone 4S in 22 additional countries, so they seem to be well on their way to executing the “fastest rollout ever” as promised at their launch event. That’s got to be grin-worthy news for Apple’s top brass, but they can’t stop to breathe just yet — they still need to deliver the 4S to around 30 more countries by the end of the year.

Lenovo has introduced a new all-in-one desktop. Measuring 591 x 310 x 520 mm and has a 20-inch (1600 x 900) display (touch support is optional), an E-450 APU (boasting two Bobcat cores clocked at 1.65 GHz, a DDR3-1333 memory controller, and DirectX 11-supporting Radeon HD 6320 graphics core), up to 8GB of RAM, and up to a 1TB hard drive. The C325 also has a DVD writer, 6-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a 0.3-megapixel webcam, two 3W built-in speakers, and USB 3.0 connectivity. This desktop starts at $699 and is set to begin shipping in November.

Apple has updated its iPad 2 line of Smart Covers, killing off the orange replacing it with a much more tasteful dark gray version. It has also improved the other colors in the polyurethane range, which it claims are now more vibrant — they all now come with a color matched microfiber lining too. The leather versions haven’t been changed except with the addition of the color matched microfiber lining. The Smart Covers are available in the Apple Store and are still priced at $39 for the Polyurethane model and $69 for the Leather version.

Owners of iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches have a fairly new desktop app for Windows called iTools, which can be used instead of Apple’s own iTunes. It’s possibly the first-ever unofficial method of fully syncing-up your Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) mobile devices – and it positively encourages you to jailbreak and snag some pirated apps. Of course, jailbreaking is perfectly legal and can be a gateway to some neat features and customizations, but app developers won’t be too amused by the implications of losing yet more revenue to pirated apps.
